Refund policy

Lead credits and packages are prepaid service credits, not physical goods. Your first 3 qualified leads are free.

You are never billed for junk leads — spam, duplicates, out-of-area, or unreachable contacts don't count. If a delivered lead is any of those, tell us within 7 days and that lead is not counted toward your credits.

We never promise a specific number of leads.

Leads are delivered to you by email.

Prepaid credits that have not been used may be refunded on request within 30 days of purchase, less any leads already delivered and accepted. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
